Welcome to a digital art experience! Here, you can view virtual 3D tours of exhibitions from Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium.

Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium was established by the artist Morten Viskum and first opened its doors in 2003. Currently, the exhibition program is season-based, and we are open from May to September each year.

Guided tours / Education

Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium has put together a range of different guided tours and educational events tailored for different ages and experience levels. We hope these will enrich and inspire our visitors, filling them with curiosity about the exhibitions.

Café Cellulose offers a relaxing and elegant environment in exciting architectural surroundings – the perfect place for a break from exploring art. You are also welcome to visit the café without a ticket to the galleries.

The Bookstore offers catalogues from present and previous exhibitions, as well as a selection of art books, posters, postcards, carrier bags, etc.
The Bookstore is situated beside the Café.

Guest Studio

The Guest Studio at Vestfossen Kunstlaboratoriet is a resource that is offered to professional artists who wish to work for a prolonged period at Vestfossen. The studio is part of Arena Vestfossen, a studio collective in the old paper mill that also houses VKL.
