Vestfossen Kunstlabraotorium and Vestfossen "24-hours" have the pleasure of welcoming children and adults to the cultural event on Saturday 31 May.

 

Vestfossen 24-hour takes place every year in the transition from May to June and is an event which puts on cultural activities at different venues in Vestfossen, a whole day to end.

 

We will open at 11am here at Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium with Bokbamsen (bookbear) in Øvre Eiker, Rannveig Nymoen. Øvre Eiker is the only county in Norway that has a Bokbamse that offers readings to children in the community and we are so lucky that she will partake in this event.

 

Right after Bokbamsen the magician Knut Harald Sommerfeldt will perform his humorous magic / music show.

 

From 12am we will continue with art workshop with artist and art educator Kamilla Skrinde. The workshop is open to all ages. We encourage parents of younger children to stay and collaborate with the children.

 

The event is free and lasts until 13:30 am
